Today I let the baby nap in my arms.
His little legs are getting so long.
Along with his arms.
His fingers.
His toes.
I'm wondering where the little tiny baby disappeared to?
Today he mastered sitting himself up.
He's all over the place, all the time.
He's starting to pull himself up on things.
He wants to walk.
My bet is, he'll walk for a day & then start running.
I'm wishing that he'd slow down, just a little.
But, I know he won't.
Not even for a second.
So Today I let him nap in my arms.
I look at his little long legs.
His arms.
His fingers.
His toes.
And I try to remember today.

I have a sign up in my house: "Treasure Life's Little Moments"... I need to listen to it more often!
aw, my babe is just at that stage too! beautiful words, truly spoken.
I love when I fully enjoy the moment I'm in. And babies that age are in a great moment.
You captured one of my favorite "moments" beautifully. Love your blog.
I'm reading this as I sit here cuddling my 7 month old glob of love while he quietly naps in my arms. Your words are so beautifully written and perfectly capture the moment for me.
I loved this! My baby started Sitting up all by himself yesterday, and rather than being excited, I wanted to cry! He's not really a cuddler, so I treasure moments like you described.
It goes too fast, so you're doing well to enjoy it while it lasts. :)
