kale salad.

2 bunches of Kale

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup raw honey (or regular)
1 large clove garlic

Wash, dry, and cut Kale.

In a blender mix all the other ingredients.
Pour over Kale, and massage so every leaf is completely coated.

I like to top it off with raw cashews.

I love this salad, and it's MEGA healthy.

You shouldn't have any problem finding greens in the southa!! How is Alabama so far? Did you find the gluten free store yet?
