in which i pretend i am a foodie

I am loving these.

A white corn tortilla
with white cheddar.

Add my off-the-cuff southwestern chicken mixture*.

Add more cheese.

Top it off with another white corn tortilla,
after a few minutes, flip so both sides get toasty.
Then top if off with salsa, or guacamole, or sour cream
or all of the above.
Its super good.
(and slightly addictive.)

* My Off-the-Cuff Southwestern Chicken Mixture:

It includes:

shredded chicken
green onions
red pepper (minced)
green chilies (from a can, just a few, with some of the juice too)
lime juice (a little)
white cheddar (some)
garlic (a little)
cumin (a little)
cayenne (a little)
