i'm feeling creative

So, my friend Cannwin posted recently about a really cool Art Journal project she's working on. She linked to this post from Lil Blue Boo. And I have been thinking about it ever since. I MUST give it a try. MUST.

Also recently the idea for a necklace fell into my head and I want to try to make it. I've tried making jewelry a time or two over the course of my life, and always with the result of something that can only belong in the trash. So... ??? I'll be surprised if it works out, but I'm really feeling like I want to give it some effort.

AND, as if all of that wasn't enough, I was about ready to toss out a box yesterday and thought about my friend Rachel's new Up-cycle blog and thought, There is something I can do with this!

I have no idea just what, but I put it to the side and I've been thinking about the challenge ever since.

I have no idea why all this creativity is sparking in me, but I'm thinkin' a trip to Hobby Lobby is in order today. I'll keep you posted.
